Gaki Attack

A friend told me about this strange Japanese game show called Gaki Attack. The show takes four guys, locks them up in a gymnasium for 24 hours and then terrorizes them with a group of ninjas. I’ve watched a few episodes on YouTube and its hilarious. You can check the official site by going to GakiAttack.com

Here is one funny clip from [YouTube]

The show is called Gaki No Tsukai, or Downtown Gaki No Tsukai (check wikipedia for the long full name). They do many things together, and one of them is called a Batsu Game, the Gaki attack is an example of a Batsu Game (Punishment Game).

You guys seem to know a lot about Japanese game shows, which ones are the best (ie weirdest/funniest) and where can you find them online.

There’s this one with three or four guys each in a different colored costume competing in different events and the losers have to smell the breath of someone who just ate onions or garlic or whatnot.

All the info above is true. Owarai, a comedy show that features Gaki No Tsukai, Denpa Shonen, ENF and others released their content in the US officially for the first time. Sure there are rip offs on Youtube, but this was released to Hulu and Joost exclusively. New content is also being released as well as interviews with Downtown and his crew.

You can see the new content below:

If you are true fans, let your friends know so they consider doing more in the US!

@GakiAttack: why can’t we watch the videos outside the US?

@Fawaz The content was officially released to US audience through Hulu and Joost. Some people have been able to watch it through some modification someone created for Hulu.
