GulfRun fee is between 500 to 600, thats what it was around last year I forgot exactly..
there are three events in Kuwait.. Car Wash and then the Car Show, then the Transport
Legal Wise: U r responsible for insurance across GCC (Through your insurance company) and you have to be the owner of the car, so you can delegate legal transport to the gentlemen who transport it.
Other costs to Keep in mind: Hotel Stay, Air ticket, Spare Parts such as extra oil, oil filter, coolant, brake pads, track tires..
I’m just telling you a lot of these things out of experience.. I hope this helps you!

Is this cost to Enter the competition. Whats the cost of just seeing it? Like do you go everywhere in gulf or just a particular place each year? Sorry i am a newbie
