   because of his reaction its obvious its not fake. check out the expression on the fat kid who through the scissor. it must have hurt but as you can see the guy was in shock. if it was fake they would have added blood and stuff..

   dude, its like an FX prop. get another scissor and stick it out of a fake skin thingy and stick it to your arms!

   If you think about it, no way in hell can a scissor puncture the skin like that with it being opened. The edgy part need to be appllied head-on in order to puncture the human flesh. COME ON, MARK!

   actually you CAN puncture skin like that without being opened. thats why they teach you how to hold scissors when you are a kid, its so if you trip and fall you don’t accidentally puncture yourself.
