Some people think that there is an American driver in the sedan and he is drunk"We did not see him", some say that there was a fight btw Kuwaiti guy and the American got out of hand the Kuwaiti guy backed up on him and dragged him.... Some don't know what's up and some say that it was a simple mistake when the Kuwaiti guy backed up in the parking lot hit the car and got scared then tried to get away.
