I believe that it should be “CAPSIZED” NOT “CAPIZED”.
I check CNN everyday. This is the first time I come across a spelling mistake there. Since that was a first for me, I just had to take a screenshot..

Hey.. Good catch! I see Yahoo News more and boy you should checkout the typos there..Its almost a daily expectation now!
