From MTC with sympathy
I haven’t had time to write my long post yet since yesterday I slept almost all day and today we’ve been etxremely busy at work. I will be posting tonight when I get home. Something interesting happened earlier though. I got sent a msg from MTC and it read:
“Dear Customer,
Due to the current situation in Lebanon, your line will be active for 2 months with a 5KD credit. MTC wishes you a safe return home.”
Although I am no longer in Lebanon I thought it was pretty nice of MTC. Anyway thanks again everyone for your thoughtful comments when I was still stuck in Lebanon.

They are really thoughtful. They sent me a message in Lebanon stating:
“Dear Magic Cutomer,
Even if your credit is totally consumed your Magic Line will not be disconnected and you will still be able to receive calls.”
Great service…

Nat, I don’t know you or Mark personally and I’ve only come across this blog a few weeks ago. But it’s nice to know that your safely out of Lebanon. And Mark I’m sure your glad that she’s back. I’m happy for you.
Welcome back. :)

Lucky you! I’m still waiting on MTCs lazy ass to get their settings for the M600i!

The very worst thing about this is that you took the risk all on your own and you had to make quick decisions. I admire your courage. Welcome back, Nat.

I never had a problem with MTC before, but im currently out of the country, and my family were out on a vacation as well. I used my MTC roaming line here and it was eventually suspended. I was planning to pay my bill before i return to Kuwait. They called our house last week and threatened that if i don´t pay by saturday that they would capture me in the airport and won´t let me in kuwait! and my name was on the `wanted` list. All that because i had one lowsy late payment?? Anyway.. Thank God my father returned to Kuwait last friday and went to pay my bill on saturday morning..but by then my number which i had for the past 10 years was cancelled. We had to pay for it to be recovered.
When i studied in the States i used to come back to Kuwait in the summer and payed my bill at the end of the summer vacation before i went back to the States there never seemed to be a problem.
Im so disappointed at MTC right now.
