But I do mind staying late everyday. And I do mind being asked to stay late whenever our deadlines would be impossible to achieve within working hours from the first place. I cannot work from A to Z on a rebranding project plus a launching campaign overnight. Plus like you said nobody in the right mind would be willing to sacrifice his personnal life not to forget health by being overworked because of a job. It's just not worth it.
