   I suggest you ask your manicurist if she can come to your home. They usually will either do it after work or on their day off. Make sure you ask her when no one is around since they can get in trouble for accepting extra business.

   Thanks Cookie Monster I will try what you suggested this weekend, although i don’t think any of the manicurists at my salon do house calls since they are working the whole time.

   hair? lol have you seen my hair, there is nothing to discuss, i just pay KD1 to the paki barber and he takes care of it for me.

   oh how nice are those 1kd haircuts, unlike the $17 i just paid for the lamest haircut i ever got (will not post pics, so dont ask)

   hmmm…… im really not sure…. I usually go to the salon, I guess you could call out a variety of different salons and ask them

   OR

   get mark to babysit geo while you have a pampering afternoon :D

   I’d go for the 2nd option :P

   Dear Nat,

   Just one bit of advice: get your own manicure kit that you disinfect yourself, and mak sure that it is all you let anyone use on you. My last manicure at a chic and upscale Kuwaiti salon left me swearing that I will never let anyone use their questionably disinfected sharp manicure instruments on me ever again.

   I wish I knew someone who made housecalls too! That would be great…

    open up alwaseet newspaper or 808080 newspaper, u know they are the ones that have all the classified ads, u would find a lot of those services

    i know i am a guy, but when i look for cars, or any other good deals on those papers, i would come across a lot of beauty salon ads :P

    I’m with Ms. Baker. I just saw a piece about a woman who died of a bacteria-resistant staph infection she contracted during a manicure/pedicure. Centerpoint has an electronic manicure kit - it’s like a drill and is great for buffing/polishing nails and cuticles. You can get that pink lotion that they use in the salons to soften your cuticles at Jothen. I’m not sure I would trust just anyone from the Waseet and other publications. Ask around your salon. Good luck.

    I will be getting my own set thats for sure, last time i went to the salon I had a problem.. I will try asking around my salon but the problem is they all work full time as far as I know..Thanx guys for the tips though.
