I got my nose pierced like 2 years ago, I had it removed 2 months later, it wasnt as exciting and I think it was starting to get a bit infected. My sister's had hers removed after it got infected and she still has a little dark spot on her nose where her piercing was located that wont go away unless surgically removed.
