eat plenty of greens!!! Like Rocca=jarjeer, barbeer and romain lettuce. Nuts= almonds and walnuts...they contain some essential fatty acids. Salmon and avocado once in a while, salmon is rich with omega-3 which is an essential fatty acids and is good for your bones. Avocado, aka beauty food, packs omega-9! Invest in some Yemeni honey, not SueBee! Have that Yemeni Honey once in a while...its also an awesome immunity booster, but dont eat more than a tablespoon cuz its also dense in calories...but the health benefits are worth it!
Go easy on the sodium and salts. Drink plenty of water, watch out for the sodium content of some labels. Drink green tea, excellent antioxidant and cleanser.
WEAR SUNSCREEN!!!

Don't get me wrong, I do eat healthy most of the time, whenever I can anyway. But home cooked food is always better and it's not a luxury i currently enjoy. I also had a spoonful of honey yesterday:)
Do you have any tips on what I should essentially include in my diet?

so? start making healthy choices when you eat out.I highly encourage you to supplement with a multi-vitamin then since its obvious that your not getting your rda of certain nutrients and above all...essential fatty acids! Quick question, when was the last time you had some REAL honey?

Thanks for your reply Soso. It's long but quite helpfull. I think I will end up seeing a beauty specialist to ask her about the stuff you guys suggested and to see which product better suits my skin.
Tweez It's a bit hard to watch what I eat here since most of the time I'm just forced to eat whatever is available in restaurants. (I work and rarely cook, don't really know how to..)

beauty starts from within, watch your diet. You need some essential fatty acids to help your skin shine and be naturaly radiant. Plus, they are good for your heart :>

the most important element in your skincare program is your night cream, cause skin renews itself while you're sleeping .

all of the overpriced night creams has (Retinol ) which is a form of vitamin-A that can be absorbed through skin, of course they have to add caviar or cucumber or pearls powder or bla bla blah to keep it pricey

they sell retinol in any farmacy for 24 S.R per tube here in K.S.A (it's knowen by riten-A)

but you have to use a good kind of sunblock ( my doctor recomended Louis Widdmer) , and make sure to mix it with a moisturiser cause it's gonna be a little itchy at the first couple of weeks

in the beggining you'll notice that you're skin is getting worse , don't worry cause it's getting all of the dead cells from the depth to surface

my docter says that all women must use it on a daily basis

he even says it okay to apply it around the eyes but I've never done it

also in addition to riten-A and Loius widdmer sunblock I use clerance's moisturiser

Lancome's eye make up removal, milk and tonic

I also use Este Lauder's make up remover which comes in a form of face wash cause it's easier to use

I've never used any eye cream but the world's No.1 seller for like 10 years in clinic's Turn around eye cream

I guess I have the longest reply

there is a really good dermatologist in salmiya, near where the haunted house used to be. i find fayassel to be really good. their girls would recommend from any of the products they have... true... but they basically have all the products. lancaster, lancome, clinique, la prairies, helene rubenstein, and a lot more.

Wow. Thanks alot guys for all your recommendations. I do realise that the best option would be to first check with a proffessional that would tell me exactly what my skins' needs are. But the problem is that I do not know any proffessionals or qualified dermatologists here plus can they really be trusted? They might just end up recommending the brand that sponsors them or something. The first thing I'll probably do is go to Vavavooom and browse around requesting some samples. I will also be checking some of the brands a few of you suggested.
