Pictures From Ground Zero
Today I went down to Kaslik in the morning to the bombing site to try taking pictures. Security forces had closed down the shopping street and no cars were allowed to go in. I have never seen Kaslik street deserted like this, except for a medium size group of people gathered in front of the Altavista Tower watching other people trying to clear up the mess. I was able to go inside and grab some shots. The whole thing was depressing, it felt so unreal. My vacation here is nearly over and I’m sad to see how Lebanon for the moment is a total mess. Nevertheless I’m also happy to see how most people are dealing with it. Here’s a small selection of the shots I took today.
