    The video itself is indeed silly, cheesy & pointless. I don’t understand why did they make it. But for a fact I admit that the quality of the video is really very good.

    Couple of thoughts:

    1- I consider this an insult to the “O.C.”, the best teenage drama on TV.

    2- The accent was just horrible.

    3- Seeing the Kuwait Towers made me miss Kuwait.

    4- I think they should have come up with a better script than this one…hell, even I can come with something.

    5- Rap Music…ehhh

    totally agree with Patrick.

    it seems like the video was made with the intent of being cheesy and silly, so why is everyone suprised that it turned out that way..

    its not like they were going for a tragic drama. they were simply rippin on ‘tarqeem’ in kuwait oo how the OC blew up in kuwait and every 3gaidy started watching it.

    Don’t hate on them for actually doin something viewable (script aside, that is)..

    first of all, this video was made as a hobby/small project

    second of all, it was made to sound cheesy,and as patrick said, everybody is SERIOUSLY taking this video too seriously, grow up, enjoy what ur fellow q8tiz have done,

    I like it so much.
    My review:
    The guys were great they really did a great job, they need to work on there both acting and Eglish skills.
    I think they can make the Arabic version of The OC
    I vote 8 out of 10.

    Listen you sick bunch off critics.. i dont know who died and made you all judges of content. This video was a simple attempt to poke fun at the lifestyle opportunities for the average kuwaiti growing up with no way to get out and socialize.. if you cant get past the humor of the beginning, which I believe is an accurate representation of the youth of Kuwait (have you been to the malls lately), then your perception of Kuwait must be blurred

Im talking to the haters that are picking at every little item in the video… the hat? the jeans? the tshirt? thats what those idiots wear here.. the music? its whats on the radio here.. its the music of the Geezi Nation. The slang terminology? typical. The American Wannabees? Also typical (although its just a product of Americanization.. You put a Korean kid in an American school, you dont expect him to americanize?)

    bin-salim: chill the hell out, u dont know what ur talking about it seems.. the day americans talk kuwaiti and listen to arabic music is the day kuwait becomes a cultural hotspot to the world… i really see u working hard to achieve that..

    sufius… he visited and thot of doing such thing and with my skills i helped !
    think my skills r bad, but all this u saw was unscripted, so during editing… magic had to be dont.

    I really think that was a job well done.. their message was very clear, and for those who are having a hard time trying to figure out that this is a spoof of the show O.C., then get out of kuwait..LOL.. sorry just had to say it since its being said all the time.. anyway back to being serious.. i really enjoyed the amateur video making skills, the acting wasn’t great, but at least these guys were gutsy enough to do it. fellas, great job, and good luck.. anyone have any contact info.. i would like to get in touch with the person who made the video.

    OK, first of all, I have a life and a damn good one too, so please learn how to argue properly instead of bashing people. Second, my comment was intended to criticize the comparison. What I mean is that video does not represent or mock the O.C. whatsoever. I need you to tell me who was supposed to be Ryan, Seth, Merissa, and Summer. If you mean the two chicks and two dudes in the car, then it is really a dumb comparison. For example, if I was expecting a mockery of Friends than I would expect 3 guys and 3 girls sitting in a coffee shop or an apartment, get it?
