Tap stuck in mans eye
This is totally gross. A 57 year old man in China slipped in the bathroom and fell on a tap which got stuck in his eye. More details and a picture of his x-ray can be found [Here]

This reminds me of the SNL sketch where that guy comes to the clinic with things stuck in his butt and always claims he slipped and he fell on them :)
